Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred. Responsibilities: We act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues from 1st and 2nd line support teams. We diagnose and resolve advanced infrastructure, server, network, and cloud-related issues. We take ownership of incidents, problems, and service requests through to resolution. We perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues and implement permanent fixes. We ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout. We administer and support Windows Server environments. We manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. We support and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. We manage Azure infrastructure and services where applicable. We support endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. We assist with migrations, upgrades, patching, and system improvements across Microsoft platforms. We maintain and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. We troubleshoot and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments. We configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and access points. We diagnose issues relating to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, routing, and network security. We support site-to-site and remote access VPN configurations. We assist with network design, performance analysis, and ongoing optimisation. We work with third-party ISPs and providers to resolve connectivity issues. We support virtualised environments such as VMware and/or Hyper-V. We monitor server, storage, and network performance and recommend improvements. We manage patching, updates, and security hardening across systems. We support server builds, hardware replacements, and infrastructure refresh projects. We maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and support procedures. We participate in infrastructure projects, deployments, rollouts, and migrations. We provide technical input into solution design and implementation plans. We support onboarding of new clients, systems, and technologies where required.
