Contract: Temporary (May to July 2026)
Pay: Competitive daily rate £130-£150
A friendly and inclusive primary school in the Billingham area is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from May through to July 2026.
This is a great opportunity for an early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children at the very start of their education, delivering engaging lessons in a supportive and welcoming school environment.
The Role
1. Full-time EYFS class teacher position
2. Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with the EYFS framework
3. Create a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
4. Support children’s social, emotional and academic development
5. Work closely with teaching assistants and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will
6. Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
7. Have recent experience teaching within EYFS
8. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
9. Be patient, nurturing and adaptable
10. Have strong classroom management and communication skills
