Job Title: Account / Project Manager
A market-leading global business is seeking an Account / Project Manager to complement their existing team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the print industry and experience managing key client accounts. Personal attributes should include tenacity, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication skills.
The Role:
1. Manage global client accounts and develop lasting business relationships.
2. Oversee new projects from initiation to completion, including artwork creation.
3. Collaborate closely with design, sales, and finance departments.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
5. Maintain detailed records of pricing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in key client account and project management.
* Knowledge of the print/packaging industry is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
* Ability to liaise effectively with other departments regarding deadlines.
* Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
