The Role As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering projects to the highest technical and design standards. You'll support the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry best practices, while contributing to client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality design and technical detailing Produce design and working drawing packages in line with internal quality procedures Manage work to meet time, quality, and commercial targets Coordinate with design and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes Maintain accurate project and timesheet records in line with internal processes Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met Contribute to client relationships and support delivery against deadlines Provide guidance to junior team members through mentoring and regular support Stay up-to-date with architectural knowledge, sustainability standards, new technologies and best practice Engage in CPD activities to ensure continued professional growth Key Skills Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and confidently Able to take increasing responsibility for project delivery with growing autonomy Strong design capability with creative and practical problem-solving skills Ability to build effective relationships across teams and with clients Strong organisational skills, managing personal workload and professional development IT literate, with strong digital presentation and visualisation skills Experience & Qualifications ARB-registered Architect (RIBA chartership preferred) Up to 5 years' post-qualification experience Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages, from concept through technical design to completion Strong technical design knowledge, with an interest in sustainable architecture and modern construction methods Proficient in industry-standard design and presentation software Apply Now This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected architectural practice with a strong project pipeline and career development opportunities.
