Salary £25,185 - £25,988 Per annum | Fixed Term - 3rd August 2026 | Full Time - 37 hours per week.

Digital Engagement and Events worker
Are you care‑experienced and passionate about making a difference?
Do you love social media, enjoy planning events, and want to support others? Come and join the Development Team! We are looking for a Digital Engagement and Events worker.
Closing date: 10th April 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
* Create fun and engaging posts, stories, and reels for FYP
* Help plan and attend events for care leavers and children in care
* Gather feedback and share the voices of young people
* Represent Lancashire at national forums and bring back fresh ideas
* Work with social workers, personal advisers, and other care‑experienced young people
* Promote the Care Leavers Local Offer and young people’s rights and entitlements

Who can apply?
You must be a care leaver who has been looked after by Lancashire County Council.
