Purpose & Scope of the Role
We are seeking a Conflict of Interest (COI) & Social Value Support Consultant to join our UK-based team. The role will assist UK consultants in delivering a diverse project portfolio, providing management and reporting information to clients and senior leadership.
Your Impact
Oversee potential client projects across the UK and Ireland to identify and address COI. Ensure Social Value commitments are captured, monitored, and reported through the Thrive platform, keeping contract compliance and delivering on commitments.
Core Capabilities
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently with changing priorities.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new software.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage cross‑functional teams.
* Project delivery focus: meet or exceed timescales, escalating issues, and proposing innovative solutions.
* Honesty, tenacity and persuasion; ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
No technical qualifications required, but candidates should demonstrate:
* Experience in conflict of interest identification or related management.
* Background in social value or sustainability frameworks.
* Strategic project oversight and reporting.
Working Environment
Role suitable for home‑based work with at least one monthly visit to the office. Flexible schedule with occasional UK travel and flexible working hours.
