Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Business Studies lessons at GCSE and A-Level, aligned with the KS4 and KS5 curriculum
* Encourage analytical thinking and enterprise through practical case studies, real-world market insights, and creative projects
* Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes independent thinking and teamwork
* Use varied assessment tools to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
* Develop strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through business-themed events, enterprise challenges, and cross-subject collaborations
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people in an academic setting is a plus, but not essential
* A genuine passion for education, patience, and a student-first mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
