Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day grounds maintenance and landscaping activities on newbuild homes 🌼
Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team of grounds operatives 💪
Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard 🛠️
Coordinate effectively with site management and subcontractors
Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with site safety procedures 📋
Conduct toolbox talks and support onsite auditsRequirements:
SMSTS certification (essential)
First Aid qualification (essential)
Fire Safety training/experience (essential)
Must hold a full UK driving licence 🚗
Experience supervising teams on construction or newbuild housing sites
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
