We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics on a 3‑month contract (potential to be extended). This is a Liverpool‑based role with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day per week on site.
Your new role
1. Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation
2. Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and reporting
3. Coordinate internal teams, third‑party suppliers, and stakeholders
4. Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality expectations
5. Manage risks, dependencies, and change control effectively
6. Provide clearernance, status updates, and steering group reporting
7. Support user adoption, testing, and go‑live activities
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) implementations
9. Strong Project Management background within IT/digital transformation projects
10. Experience working inplex environments with multiple stakeholders
11. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
12. Availability to start at short notice
