Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Milton Keynes for a Commercial Administrator. The role involves supporting business operations through effective administrative assistance, managing customer relations, coordinating sales and finance processes, and maintaining strong communication between internal teams and clients. The successful candidate will assist in streamlining workflows, preparing and processing documentation, and ensuring efficient project management.
Qualifications
* Experience within the glazing industry is essential.
* Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational skills.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
* Knowledge in Finance-related tasks such as invoicing, basic accounting, and budget management.
* Experience supporting Sales teams and understanding sales processes is a plus.
* Proficiency with office software, including MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
* Previous experience in the construction or glazing industry is beneficial but not required.
