Responsibilities
* Support older and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
* Deliver direct care and support between 7.30am and 10pm seven days a week.
* Provide supervisory support to colleagues and deliver services based on individual care assessments.
Qualifications
* Experience in the care sector working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.
* Knowledge of care planning and ability to meet individual needs.
* Supervisory experience in a care environment.
* Hold an SVQ in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this.
* Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support others.
* Good IT skills.

* Location: High Blantyre.
* Hourly Rate: £15.00.
* Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including some weekend working.
* Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week on a rolling rota basis.
* Job Type: Permanent Contract.

Employment Details
Please note this role is subject to satisfactory interview, references and a PVG check. You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe, and the commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification.
