Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a member of our Front of House team. The Front of House staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, managing bookings and class schedules, handling queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and day-to day tasks. Day-to-day tasks include customer service interactions, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front desk, providing information about classes and memberships to potential and existing clients, taking payments and ensuring the studio is reset and ready for upcoming classes.

* Effective Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
* Aptitude for delivering Presentations and engaging with customers
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proactive
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
* Passion for fitness and wellness is advantageous
