Job Title: Dual Registered Manager Location: Leyland, UK Salary: £55,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week About the Role Work with a growing organisation providing therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 7-17. Our client is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two of their homes, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of two children's homes Ensure a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment Develop and implement individualised care plans for children Recruit, manage, and support staff teams, promoting professional growth Oversee budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance Prepare homes for Ofsted inspections and drive continuous improvement Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, education providers, and other professionals Required Qualifications & Experience Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Desirable Experience managing multiple homes or services Background in therapeutic or trauma-informed care Benefits Competitive salary (£55,000 per year) Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation Supportive and professional working environment The chance to make a lasting impact on children and young people
