Social Media & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced & dynamic Social Media & Marketing Lead to oversee the organisation's social media strategy, content development, paid advertising, and brand positioning.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong management skills who can supervise a team of Marketing Executives, drive lead generation, enhance business growth, and strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the organisation's commercial objectives while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Management

* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Marketing Executives.
* Allocate responsibilities and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
* Ensure departmental objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic direction to the team.
* Maintain structured workflows and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Social Media Management

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
* Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
* Monitor audience engagement and maintain professional communication standards.

Lead Generation & Business Growth

* Develop targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
* Optimise social advertising campaigns to maximise conversion rates and ROI.
* Collaborate with the sales or patient coordination team to improve lead nurturing processes.
* Track and report on lead performance metrics and conversion outcomes.

Social Media Advertising

* Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
* Conduct audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
* Analyse advertising performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Brand Awareness

* Oversee the development of high-quality written, visual, and video content.
* Ensure content supports both brand awareness and commercial objectives.
* Develop educational, promotional, and testimonial-based campaigns.
* Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.

Patient Interaction & Testimonials

* Supervise the management of patient engagement across social platforms.
* Oversee the ethical and compliant use of testimonials and case studies.
* Ensure professional handling of online enquiries and reputation management.

Marketing Proposals & Business Projects

* Oversee the preparation and presentation of marketing content proposals.
* Contribute to strategic planning for new service launches and business expansion projects.
* Introduce innovative marketing approaches including vlogging, multimedia campaigns, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven leadership experience managing a marketing team.
* Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
* Strong expertise in social media management and paid advertising.
* Excellent strategic planning and organisational abilities.
* Advanced copywriting and content development skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
* Comprehensive understanding of branding and brand positioning.
* Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
