We are looking for a highly motivated Data & Reporting Analyst (With Salesforce or Sitetracker experience) to join a Property team for one of our high profile clients, supporting a major infrastructure project. This is a critical role focused on the development and delivery of high-quality reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimising data and reporting solutions that directly support project deployment and operational decision-making. If you're passionate about transforming data into insight and thrive in a dynamic project environment, we want to hear from you.
The role has 2 day hybrid working each week in Reading.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project-specific reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage daily and weekly data reporting cycles.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project data.
* Deliver timely and insightful reports that support project and business decisions.
* Produce ad-hoc reporting to support programme management.
* Collaborate with team members and suppliers to support data reconciliation activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Be a proactive advocate for data quality and continuous improvement.
Experience needed
* Experience in building, designing and developing dashboards
* Experience of Sitetracker or Salesforce
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Power Query.
* Experienced in using SharePoint and data workflow systems.
* Demonstrated ability to extract, query, and analyse data from multiple systems.
