A 3-form entry primary school in Hayes is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children across KS1 and KS2. The school has modern classrooms, outdoor learning areas, and onsite parking. The role may be 1:1 with a child with an EHCP.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver interventions for pupils with SEN in groups or 1:1
Support teachers in class
Follow IEPs and monitor pupil progress
Attend staff and SEN meetings
Requirements:
SEN experience in mainstream primary
Level 3 preferred
Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
