The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor to maximise resource utilisation
* Ensuring tasks meet cost, time and quality standards
* Promoting safe working practices aligned with company policies
* Responding to service enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Creating accurate work orders for maintenance teams and liaising with Planning
Essential experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with IFS (advantageous)

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
