Job Description
We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in London, UK. This role is fully remote and a six‑month contract that could be extended or turn into full‑time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
* Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
* Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
* 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience using ATS Greenhouse preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
