What the Job Involves This role requires you to contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews for children aged 0-25, ensuring a child-centered approach. You will work directly with children, young people, and families, promoting positive outcomes and facilitating family contact as necessary. You will assess risk levels, communicate confidently, and undertake home visits and welfare checks. This position involves providing emergency cover and crisis intervention, supporting social workers during Child Protection Enquiries, and advising or referring to other services as needed. Additionally, you will support children and young people's involvement in decisions and promote their wellbeing and resilience.
