Mechanical Instructor – Fluid Power (Hydraulics & Pneumatics) – Gloucester

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Instructor with practical experience in pneumatics, hydraulics or fluid power systems to deliver engaging training to apprentices on Level 2 & 3 Fluid Power programmes.

Hands-on teaching with standalone pneumatic rigs and real-world circuit fault finding.
Full support to gain your Level 3 Training and Level 3 Assessing qualifications within 12 months – no prior teaching experience required.

Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary £34,090, rising to £38,042 once fully qualified.
Early finish on Fridays
36.75 hour week. Monday-Friday (No shift, overtime or weekends ever required)
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + 1 extra day for your birthday.
