The Role Pre-Construction Manager This position would suit an experienced pre-construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to contract award. You will work closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams, helping to develop winning bid strategies, coordinate pre-construction activities, and ensure projects are commercially and technically aligned before progressing into delivery.
