An experienced and organised Property Manager is required to oversee a busy residential lettings portfolio, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants while supporting the continued success of the lettings agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Property Manager or Tenancy Manager to join a respected independent estate and lettings agency in the Hastings area
The role involves managing a substantial portfolio, handling maintenance issues, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly
* Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and necessary notices
* Handling deposits, rent collection, and rent arrears
* Coordinating move-ins, check-outs, and inventories
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Supporting the wider lettings team where required
