This role suits a hands‑on, commercially minded Production Manager who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys taking ownership of people, processes, and performance within a busy production or manufacturing setting.
Monday to Friday rotating shifts, 42.5 hours per week, alternating weekly between early and late starts.

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the senior operational decision‑maker while on shift
* Taking full ownership for performance across output, cost control, and margin delivery from day one
* Delivering planned vehicle throughput and parts recovery targets
* Managing workflow constraints, backlog and takt time adherence in real time
* Controlling labour efficiency, utilisation levels and overtime spend
* Protecting contribution margin through disciplined operational execution
* Ensuring safety standards are upheld and responding promptly to on‑shift risk
* Driving structured continuous improvement and embedding lean principles across teams
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:
* Proven experience managing production or operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
* Experience working to KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets
* A proactive, hands‑on management style with strong problem‑solving ability
* Confidence operating in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven setting
