We’re looking for a Senior Surveyor to deliver a high-quality and responsive surveying service, keeping our customers safe and at the heart of everything we do. A typical day for you would include:
1. Carrying out detailed property inspections
2. Responding to customer queries
3. Managing and supervising projects
4. Building confident, collaborative working relationships across the business
You’ll have experience in surveying within a social housing or residential property environment, and of building maintenance & diagnostic techniques. With a relevant technical qualification, you’ll work within health & safety legislation to diagnose defects, produce reports, and keep customers informed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
