Responsibilities
* Developing and executing a Sales Strategy to win new business across Hospitality channels.
* Qualitative selection and development of customers.
* Feedback of customer opportunities and competitor threats.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Meet and exceed targets.
The Ideal Senior New Business Manager Candidate
* The candidate must have proven sales experience within the Hospitality sector, ideally with a healthy network of contacts at Hotels.
* Be a hungry, driven salesperson who thrives on winning new business.
* Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to demonstrate delivering multi-million-pound results.
* Must have experience influencing and negotiating with all level stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships.
* Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
