This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management experience to make a real impact on the lives of young people who require additional support to reach their potential. Key Responsibilities: * Support pupils in managing their behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. * Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to implement effective behaviour strategies and interventions. * Supervise students working in the inclusion or reflection room, ensuring a calm, structured, and supportive environment. * Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote personal development and resilience. * Keep accurate records of incidents, progress, and interventions, providing feedback to staff and parents when required. * Contribute to a whole-school approach to behaviour, inclusion, and wellbeing. Requirements: * Proven experience working in behaviour support, pastoral care, or inclusion (ideally within a secondary or SEND school). * Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach. * Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families. * A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and supporting young people to achieve their best.
