Working Supervisor - Civils / Groundworks – Norfolk (Various Sites) – £24 per hour – Start: ASAP
We're looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a dynamic civils and groundworks project across various sites in Norfolk, starting ASAP.
The Role
You will oversee day-to-day site activities while remaining hands-on when required, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to join a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality infrastructure and development support.
Responsibilities
* Daily supervision of site operations while working alongside the team
* Coordinating labour, plant and deliveries on site
* Ensuring H&S compliance and site documentation
* Carrying out briefings and supporting site teams
* Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager
Requirements
* Proven experience working within civils and groundworks
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* 360 Excavator ticket (essential)
* Additional plant tickets beneficial
* Strong practical knowledge of site operations and safety
* Ability to supervise a team while remaining hands-on
