The Role:
You will be the key link between customer success and ongoing value, managing the renewal process from start to finish. This includes strategic handovers, tailored proposals, and high-converting renewal discussions. Your portfolio will consist of loyal, contract-savvy clients requiring the right guidance at the right time.
The Candidate:
* 3+ years experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS renewals
* Proficient in stakeholder engagement and negotiation
* Calm under pressure, quick thinker, results-oriented
* Strong CRM skills and reporting experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Bonus: experience in the UK public sector or advisory services
