As a Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead a small cluster of supported living services in the Medway area.
* Manage care for 612 individuals with complex needs, ensuring tailored care packages.
* Supervise a team of around 30 staff, including a Deputy Manager.
* Collaborate with an Operations Manager and experienced Registered Managers.
* Utilise in-house resources such as Positive Behaviour Support and Quality and Compliance support.
