Gas engineer

Take on a long-term contract role with weekly pay and consistent SOR work as an Electrician, carrying out testing across social housing properties in DE4 and DE6. You will be working in social housing properties, completing electrical testing to a high standard and helping keep tenants’ homes safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
• Completing testing works on a schedule of rates basis
• Identifying and completing additional electrical repairs where required
• Working across DE4, DE6 and nearby areas
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 testing and inspection qualification
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working in social housing
