Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Liskeard
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks. Pay every Friday for the first 12 weeks.
We are seeking an organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director at our Liskeard office. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director
2. Managing phone calls with confidence and professionalism
3. Handling correspondence, emails, and scheduling
4. General administrative duties including document preparation and filing
5. Supporting office operations as required
Essential Requirements:
6. Full, valid driving licence
7. Confident and professional telephone manner
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
9. Proven administrative experience
10. Personal Assistant experience desireable but not essential
11. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
