We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our talented Events team — someone who thrives on creating extraordinary moments, leading complex projects from concept to completion, and motivating others to deliver their best work.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of event delivery — managing logistics, budgets, suppliers, and client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll play a key role in mentoring project teams, supporting the Project Directors, and helping to evolve our event management best practices.
From global conferences and incentive trips to brand launches and internal engagement programmes, your expertise will ensure every detail is delivered flawlessly.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading end-to-end event management — from contracting and budget control through to onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation
* Managing client relationships and driving organic growth through excellent service and creative solutions
* Overseeing financial performance and profitability, supporting Project Directors with forecasting and reporting
* Guiding and mentoring Project Executives and Managers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
* Working with creative and production teams to deliver engaging content — films, graphics, presentations, digital platforms, and event environments
* Managing delegate communications in partnership with our Guest Management team
* Driving sustainability within events using our event:decision Responsible Event Track Report
* Representing BI WORLDWIDE at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
About You
You’re an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes pride in delivering events that exceed expectations.
You’ll bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in event project management
* Proven experience managing global events for premium brands
* Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
* A deep understanding of content development and how to bring messages to life through creative event design
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence leading client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
* A collaborative, proactive approach — and the flexibility to travel for events, site visits, and meetings
