About the role
We’re looking for a digital designer to join our growing team at Complete.
This isn’t a production-only role. You’ll be responsible for design across everything we deliver - from high-performing websites to campaign assets.
You’ll work across multiple finance and tech brands, helping turn strategy into impactful campaigns.

What you’ll be doing
* Designing websites and landing pages (UX/UI in Figma)
* Creating digital campaign assets (LinkedIn, Google, Meta ads)
* Producing high-quality collateral (PDFs, whitepapers, pitch decks)
* Translating brand strategy into consistent, high-impact visuals
* Working closely with strategy and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
* Owning projects from concept through to delivery
What we’re looking for
* Strong skills in Figma (non-negotiable)
* Solid understanding of web design, layout, and UX principles
* Great eye for graphic design, typography, and brand
* Ability to design for performance (not just aesthetics)
* Someone who can work independently and manage their own time
* High standards and attention to detail

Salary & progression
£30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
