Project Manager - Hotel Refurbishments
Field-Based, National Travel
Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects? We're working with a leading, forward-thinking hospitality brand that's on a mission to redefine the hotel experience in the UK - and they're looking for someone like you to join their growing property team.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of bedroom refurbishment projects across a diverse hotel estate. You'll lead the full project lifecycle - from initial scope and consultant briefing, through to tendering, site delivery and handover. With project values ranging from £100k to £2m, this is a role for someone who thrives on detail, process, and accountability.
What You'll Be Doing:
* End-to-end management of multiple hotel refurbishment projects across the UK
* Working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants (architects, designers, QS etc.)
* Overseeing cost, quality, programme, and compliance at every stage
* Conducting site visits, managing contractors, and ensuring safe, timely, on-brand delivery
* Maintaining tight budgetary control and leading project reporting
