Further Training
* On the job training
* Experience of managing health and safety issues
Contractual Requirements
* Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
Knowledge
* Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
* Knowledge of NHS
* Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures
* Thorough knowledge of healthcare administration systems and processes
* Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, i.e. PAS, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
* Good telephone communication skills
* Confidentiality and Data Protection
* Health and Safety
* Equality and diversity
* Knowledge of IBD and relevant treatments
* Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems - as applicable to speciality
Qualifications
* Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above
* RSAII (or equivalent)
* ECDL
* NVQ in Business Administration level II
* NVQ in Customer Care
Experience
* Quality Customer Service
* NHS knowledge and qualification equivalences if necessary
* Experience of working with multiple team members of differing levels of responsibility
