* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team and management.
* Manage emails, correspondence, and phone enquiries professionally.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a similar industry.
* Familiarity with office management systems or CRM software.
