A leading contractor is recruiting an experienced Plasterer Multi-Trader to join a large, well-established social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering over 20,000 properties across Birmingham, including high-rise buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work within a growing and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality plastering and multi-trade repairs across occupied and void properties
* Deliver first-time fixes to minimise repeat visits and disruption
* Work efficiently to agreed budgets and deadlines
* Assist with site inspections and quality checks as required
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plasterer
* Additional trade experience (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying)
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
Desirable:
* Experience within social housing environments
