About the Role
Join our vibrant team as an Assistant Manager at our Burger King Restaurant!
As a key player reporting to the Venue Manager, you will ensure our daily operational plans are executed flawlessly. Your mission? To lead our team in delivering exceptional service while managing fluctuating guest demand and maintaining high operational standards.
Your role will involve:
* Coaching and supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences.
* Driving key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
* Spending the majority of your time engaging with guests, as non-guest facing tasks will be allocated throughout your week.
Flexibility is key! This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, with some shifts extending late into the night, including 4am finishes.

About You
We’re seeking an experienced leader from the Food & Beverage sector who is passionate about delivering fantastic service. You should:
* Put guests first in everything you do.
* Have a background in training and coaching teams in a lively environment.
* Possess experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or retail setting where speed and quality are essential.
* Be confident in directing and responding to any situation while upholding brand standards.
* Have the ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even during peak times.
* Be adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing demands.
With your strong leadership skills, you will inspire your team to achieve amazing results for both our guests and your colleagues every day!
