Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield support Children & Young Adults who live within the community. We support individuals with varied disabilities which includes Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Tracheostomy care and specialised feeding techniques- such as PEG’s. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers who have a UK driving licence, able to obtain business insurance have use of a vehicle for work purposes. Due to our client’s preference, we are interested in individuals who drive and own their own vehicle. Our clients enjoy accessing the community to undertake social activities to enable them to live an independent lifestyle. As a Children’s support Worker you will be supporting your own small group of clients who have a range of different disabilities. Experience is not required as full training and ongoing support and supervision is provided by our experienced team. You will need to be able to communicate effectively, be punctual and reliable to ensure our clients’ dignity and respect is upheld. As a Support Worker you will be an integral part of your own individual client’s support on a weekly basis. You will be will be supporting a small group of regular clients. You will be supporting ONE client at ONE time from 4 hours up to 12 hours per day.
