Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the continued growth of the department and building long lasting relationships with clients. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and enjoy working in a commercially focused environment, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Manage landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
* Assist with commercial refinancing and secured lending transactions
* Draft and negotiate contracts and property documentation
* Conduct title investigations and prepare reports
* Manage direct client relationships
* Ensure files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion
* Support wider business development initiatives where appropriate
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who is confident managing their own caseload.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor
* Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property
* Confident managing files independently
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware and client-focused approach
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
