Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + £2.50 per hour shift allowance for completed 12hr shift (£14.81/hour)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed FLT (Forklift Truck) Driver for a prominent manufacturing site in Scunthorpe (DN15). The role operates on 12-hour rotating shifts, providing a competitive pay structure, including an enhanced shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe operation of counterbalance or reach FLT (must hold valid, in-date license)
Moving and stacking materials within the production and warehouse environment
Loading/unloading vehicles and deliveries
Supporting production by ensuring materials are available as needed
Adhering to all health & safety procedures on site
Completing relevant paperwork and stock checks as requiredRequirements:
Valid, in-date FLT license (counterbalance or reach truck)
Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
Flexible to work a rota covering days and nights (12-hour shifts)
Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a positive attitudePay & Benefits:
Base pay £12.21/hour
Additional shift allowance £2.50/hour for full 12hr shifts (£14.81/hour)
