Flexible Relief Healthcare Assistant (Mental Health) Kilbroney House, Rostrevor We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Relief Healthcare Assistant to join our small, supportive mental health care team at Kilbroney House. This flexible relief role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to make a genuine difference in peoples lives, while maintaining a good worklife balance. About the Role You will support adults living with a range of mental health and neurological conditions, including: Bipolar Disorder Schizophrenia Personality Disorders Acquired Brain Injury Dementia Care is delivered in a calm, homely environment, with a strong focus on person-centred, respectful, and recovery-focused support.
