Our client, a long-standing, respected and product centric company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop its commercial function.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering the company's sales strategy
Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team
Managing and growing key accounts and strategic customers
Identifying new market opportunities and driving business development
Working closely with operations and senior management to align sales with business objectives
Forecasting, budgeting and reporting on sales performance
The person:
A proven senior sales professional, ideally from within the fastener or 'c' components sector
Experienced in leading and managing sales teams
Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering growth
Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
An effective communicator and relationship builder
