The service provides 24-hour support, including sleep-ins as part of rota hours. It is CQC registered for personal care activities, supporting residents who require this service at the accommodation.
Here are some insights from the women living at the supported accommodation about what they value in their staff:
* “To be able to make a cup of tea (a good one) and spend time with me”
* “To understand my emotions when I am upset and take the time to get to know me”
* “I enjoy gardening and music. I like being in the garden and in company when doing these activities. When listening to my music in my room, I prefer to be left alone to dance and enjoy my time without disturbance.”
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, inclusive, organized, and caring individual with leadership qualities to support women in achieving greater independence. You will receive strong line management support, ongoing supervision, and access to training during your probation period to support your professional growth.
