About the Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-supported school in Birmingham seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
What We're Looking For:
✅ A relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare
✅ Experience working in an early years or primary setting
✅ A child workforce Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
✅ A warm, enthusiastic approach and a genuine love for working with children
