Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic

Do you want to take your nursing, occupational therapy, paramedic or physiotherapy career in another direction? Are you seeking a role where your attention to detail, compassion, and empathy are matched with work-life balance, education, and opportunities to develop into the medico-legal profession? Or perhaps you would like to transition your career into Occupational/Vocational pathways?

Our client is seeking Nurses, OTs, Paramedics, or Physiotherapists to join their organization across the UK.

Day to Day

You will assess up to six customers per day, taking clinical observations, questioning, and creating written reports to pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), which will make a decision on support for the customer. Your report will be part of that decision. You will assess benefits such as Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.

Training

Customers will have multiple clinical issues; industry-leading training will be provided by the client's clinical tutors. The course will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical skills and knowledge to the role's requirements.

Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role will maintain your registration with the RGN or HCPC, and you will receive revalidation support to keep your registration current.

Development

After completing comprehensive training, ongoing CPD is provided, with over 100 hours protected per annum. Support with revalidation and career development within the organization is available. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and can study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine, accredited by the FOM.

Your Requirements

Applicants should be nurses, OTs, Paramedics, or Physiotherapists primarily working in inpatient roles, dealing with diverse clinical conditions. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. IT skills are advantageous, including typing at 35 words per minute. Candidates must be highly literate, attentive to detail, and possess adaptable communication skills.
