As their Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the major remit of financial operations, analysing data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making to the Board. You will also collaborate closely with a number of cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability via up-to-date data and financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

4. Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
What We Want to See From You:
6. Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
7. Proven experience in financial management, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
9. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
10. Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
11. Experience in the fresh produce industry, agriculture or FMCG sectors preferred but not a necessity.
