Key elements of your role as Reception Manager:
* To supervise the daily operation of the bar as well as the daily duties of all the Bar staff. Work alongside the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the Bar Department.
* To assist in the training of all employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
* To be fully aware of current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights and measures as they apply to the restaurant.
* To monitor standards and supply of all restaurant equipment, ensuring the management team is aware of any needs.
* To conduct and contribute to regular departmental communication meetings.
* Adhering to cleaning checklists and opening/closing procedures, ensuring all staff are aware of these and confirming they have been completed.
* To ensure the bar manager's closing duties are carried out when the manager is absent from the floor.
About you:
* You have 2+ years of experience in this position.
* You are solution-driven and able to work under the pressure of peak service.
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service.
* You have excellent English language skills.
* You are friendly and professional with charisma and flair.
