Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for a range of new build and refurbishment projects.
* Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information.
* Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids.
* Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* Contribute to value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives.
* Support the commercial and project teams through the pre‑construction phase.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems within residential, commercial, and/or education sectors.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in estimation software.
* A proactive and detailed approach.
