Sales / Customer Service Representative
Based in WF6 (Wakefield)
Hours: 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,436 per annum
Our client is a manufacturer of domestic appliances, supplying both trade customers and the general public through their website, eBay and Amazon. They are looking for a Sales / Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and assist with sales enquiries, orders and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Processing sales orders and supporting order dispatch
3. Assisting customers with delivery queries and after-sales support
4. Managing complaints and resolving issues efficiently
5. Liaising with warehouse staff and delivery carriers
6. Supporting account managers and general office administration
7. Providing product advice and identifying upselling opportunities
Skills & Experience:
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. Strong problem-solving ability
10. Good numerical and organisational skills
11. Able to work well within a team
12. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
